✨ New Features

  • Stronger account protection with two-factor authentication and organization enforcement: Two-factor authentication is now available for all users, with optional or mandatory enforcement at the organization level. Users can set up TOTP via QR code or manual entry, manage 10 single-use backup codes, and enable or disable 2FA from account settings. Organizations can require 2FA and automatically redirect users to complete setup, improving security posture and meeting compliance expectations without heavy IT involvement.
  • Enablers breakdown in a focused modal window: Users can see how an enabler cascades down across all linked one-pagers. This greatly improves horizontal alignment among teams. Just click on an enabler box to see its breakdown.

🔧 Improvements

  • Improved print layouts: Printing has been refined for readability, spacing, and consistency, ensuring exported or printed one-pagers look professional without manual adjustments.
  • Streamlined user invitations with manual sending and one-click copy: When adding users manually, invitation emails are no longer sent automatically. Admins can now choose to send an invitation email when ready or copy a prebuilt invitation message to the clipboard for secure sharing. This reduces onboarding friction, prevents premature emails, and gives IT and HR better control over timing and messaging.
  • Richer, more actionable audit logs with full URLs, clickable sources, and IP tracking: Audit entries now include the full source URL, making links in the audit log clickable for quick navigation back to the exact context—especially helpful for jumping to a one-pager during reviews. Every event also records the IP address, supporting compliance audits and security investigations.
  • Expanded audit coverage for the full user lifecycle and access changes: The audit log now includes additional events to improve accountability and compliance across user management. Newly captured activities include user creation with password, invitation emails sent, invitation message generation, role assignment, role changes, and explicit “admin add user” entries. This richer visibility supports audits, incident reviews, and internal governance with clear, time-stamped records.

🎨 UI/UX Enhancements

  • Markdown support for pillar names in view mode: Pillar names now render markdown formatting, just like initiative names and other one-pager fields. Teams can use bold text, italics, and links to emphasize key themes without compromising layout.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Reliable navigation for modals with browser back/forward and shareable URLs: Modal state is now synchronized with the URL, so using the browser’s back and forward buttons works as expected.
  • Broken status badge corrected for accurate, trustworthy status communication: Status badges now display correctly in all contexts. This fix restores confidence during status reviews, ensuring stakeholders see accurate information at a glance and reducing confusion in meetings and reports.
  • CSV upload no longer creates unintended organization settings: Uploading CSV data previously created an unnecessary organization setting behind the scenes. This has been removed to prevent configuration clutter, keeping admin settings clean and reducing confusion during audits and troubleshooting.
