Removing cascades is no longer silent Removing a cascade used to silently mark a cascaded pillar/area as "Not Cascaded" which was confusing. Now, the cascade removal is processed as any other change in the side bar.

Fixed error when saving a user without a selected role Saving a user now properly validates the role selection, preventing exceptions and disabling the save button until valid.
